Lumberjacks announce end-of-year team awards

ARCATA — HSU football announced its annual team awards at the program's end-of-the-year banquet Sunday. Following is a list of recognized individuals.

Offensive Player of the Year:       Matt Smith
Defensive Player of the Year:      Bubba Reynolds
Special Teams Player of the Year: Kyle Schierholt
Offensive Scout Player of the Year: Pierce DeLuna
Defensive Scout Player of the Year:    Robert Keegan
Offensive Lineman of the Year:    Taylor Boggs
Defensive Lineman of the Year: Luke Swangler
Drew Peterson Strength and Conditioning Award: Taylor Boggs
Senior Scholar-Athlete Award: Bubba Reynolds (3.80)
Freshman Scholar-Athlete Award: Matt Roi (3.52)
